How to use our shop

You can choose the category from the left hand column and view the products within that category or sub-category.

Alternatively, you can type words into the search box to display products from anywhere in the shop.

When you have found the goods you wish to buy, enter the number required in the adjacent input box, then click the 'add to cart' button.

A tally will be displayed as soon as you have at least one product in your basket.

When you are ready to pay for your goods, click the 'Go to Checkout' hyperlink on the tally. If you "Continue Shopping" and wish to check your purchases, click "View Cart" or the icon at the top of any page.

Please choose Postal Method when instructed, i.e. UK 1st Class Post, UK 2nd Class Post, UK Parcel Post, USA or Mainland Europe.

We recommend that you consider Parcel Post for UK purchases where the total weight exceeds 1Kg.

Also please note parcels for despatch to The USA and Mainland Europe have a maximum weight limit of 2Kg.

How do I find a product?

How do I buy a product from the shop?

When you have found the goods you wish to buy, enter the number required in the adjacent input box, then click the 'add to cart' button.
There is a summary of your Shopping Cart on the left hand side of the page.

When you are ready to pay for your goods, click the 'Go to Checkout' hyperlink on the tally.

At checkout you will be asked for your billing address, email and / or telephone contact number before going to payment method.


How do I change the quantity for a product in my basket?

Click on the "View Cart" link to see the products you have in your cart. Next to each product is a quantity box. The default quantity is "1" but if you would like to buy more of the same product, simply change the number and then click the "Update Cart" button. You can also use "Update" button to reduce the quantity of an item.


How do I view the contents of my cart?

To see the products you have in your cart click on the "View Cart" link at the top of every page.


What are your delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the order, and where it is being shipped to. To calculate delivery costs, simply add the items to your basket by clicking the Add to cart button, you will given the choice of continuing shopping but when you have finished shopping you will see “Select a delivery method” drop down box. Select your preferred method of delivery, the delivery cost will appear and your basket will be updated. with the delivery


Can you deliver to an address other than the billing address?

Yes, by special request. We must have a signed letter from you by post or fax authorising us to do so. This is to protect your credit or debit card from fraudulent use.


What if I have a question about a product or the order process?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Some options are given when you visit the shopping cart. If your country is not listed please email JC Regali, state the items that you wish to purchase and your full address and we will calculate a cost for you. Please be aware that for logistic or legal reasons we may not be able to ship to your location.


What forms of payment do you accept?

JC Regali accepts the credit cards shown at the bottom of each page which can change from time to time – pay via our secure shop Checkout or call our sales line. Sorry, but we cannot accept American Express. We accept payment by cheque but please understand that we will not despatch until your cheque has cleared.


Will my information be kept private?

JC Regali will NEVER sell or rent your personal information. We use your information for your orders only.


Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, the JC Regali shop website is encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the industry standard in security protocols. Payment is via WorldPay and JC Regali never sees your credit card details, only your name and address.


What is your return policy?

We will completely refund the full price of your order less the delivery charge if you are not satisfied with the delivered goods. You must notify us by email at JC Regali, quoting your order "Purchase Transaction ID" number within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You will only be eligible for a full refund if the goods are returned to us intact and unused, additionally you will be responsible for the delivery charges to return the goods to the United Kingdom. If you have not notified us within 7 days from receipt of the goods, it is agreed by both parties that the sale is concluded and payment has been authorized by yourself. Returns should be sent to the following address (JC Regali, Avondale, 126 Middlewich Road, Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 1FH) please add the following reference "Returns Department". Your card will be refunded in full on receipt of the goods back at JC Regali in a satisfactory condition. Please be aware that, for reasons of hygiene, JC Regali reserve the right to refuse a return of goods. Please be aware that for hygiene reasons we reserve the right to refuse the return of used items.
